Step 1 – True Tranquil Body Wash
Apply a small amount to damp skin in the shower or bath. Gently massage over the body to create a soft lather, then rinse thoroughly.
Step 2 – Mindful Dreams Body Oil
After bathing, warm a few drops of oil between your palms and massage onto damp skin using circular motions until fully absorbed. Ideal for evening use to relax the body and mind.
Step 3 – Bian Stone Gua Sha Tool
After applying the body oil, use the tool to glide over the body with long, sweeping strokes. Work toward the heart for circulation and follow lymphatic pathways to promote drainage. Use 4–8 strokes per area. Clean the stone after use with warm water and dry gently.
