Emmalee: 'TheSkinBay was born during one of the most uncertain times of my life. When the world went into lockdown, I found myself with shelves full of professional skincare and no way of reaching my clients who relied on me for advice, treatments, and results. Suppliers still needed paying, shelves were stacked with stock, and I felt this overwhelming responsibility to keep everything afloat.
So, I did what I’ve always known best: I built something new. With nothing but a laptop, determination, and a deep love for skincare, I started TheSkinBay. What began as a small lifeline quickly became a vision: a place where people could discover trusted, clinical-grade skincare at home, with the same care and expertise they’d receive in a clinic. Fast forward, and TheSkinBay is now a thriving online space, shipping globally, employing a wonderful team, and bringing together some of the world’s most respected skincare brands under one roof.
But at the heart of it all, TheSkinBay is still personal.
