Apply once daily to the upper lash roots using the included eyeliner-style brush.
Best applied in the evening after thoroughly cleansing the face and removing all eye makeup.
Allow to dry for 60 seconds before applying any other eye products.
For eyebrow growth, apply to brow roots in the same manner.
Continue daily use for a minimum of 4–6 weeks for visible results. Optimal results at 12 weeks.
