How to Use
Shake well to activate the bi-phase formula. Soak a cotton pad then gently press onto closed eyelids and lashes for a few seconds. Glide outward to dissolve makeup without rubbing. Repeat until all makeup is removed. No rinsing necessary, but follow with your normal cleanser if desired.
