How to use
Crystal Retinal 3 After evening cleansing, apply 2 pumps to the face and neck. Allow to absorb, then follow with a moisturiser. To introduce gradually: Weeks 1–2: Use twice a week Weeks 3–4: Use every other night Week 5 onwards: Use nightly Crystal Retinal Ceramide Eye 3 After applying Crystal Retinal 3, apply a rice-sized amount around the eye area, avoiding the eyelids. Phase in gradually using the same frequency as above.
