Are there any side effects?
Most people notice none and simply feel alert and energised. Occasionally there can be temporary tiredness for a day or two, or mild sensitivity at the injection site. If that happens, choose a different site next time, and stop if anything feels unusual.
What colour should the solution be?
A transparent liquid that is either colourless or has a light yellow tint. Both are completely normal.
How should I store it, and what is the shelf life?
Refrigerate the vial for optimal freshness. Unopened and stored correctly it keeps its quality for 12 months. NAD+ also stays stable at room temperature for several weeks, so a day in transit is no problem.
How do I dispose of the needles and vial?
