"I brought VOYA into TheSkinBay because it represents the pinnacle of 'clean' luxury. In a world of synthetic formulas, there is something incredibly powerful about the simplicity of seaweed, one of nature’s most potent antioxidants. I fell in love with their story and their commitment to the planet, but it’s the results that kept me hooked. Whether it’s their iconic body oils or their deeply hydrating facial creams, VOYA products leave the skin feeling incredibly soft and mineralized. It’s my go-to recommendation for clients who want to turn their daily shower or bath into a therapeutic, soul-soothing ritual that actually improves skin health."
, Emmalee, Founder of The Skin Bay
VOYA was founded in 2006 by Mark and Kira Walton in Strandhill, County Sligo, Ireland. The brand’s heritage is inextricably linked to the Walton family's rejuvenation of the traditional Irish seaweed baths, which had been a staple of local wellness since the 18th century. After seeing the incredible skin-healing and anti-inflammatory benefits experienced by visitors to their family’s bathhouse, Mark and Kira set out to translate those benefits into a retail skincare line. Today, VOYA has evolved from a local family business into a global brand found in the world’s most prestigious spas, while remaining deeply connected to its coastal roots and its heritage of natural Atlantic healing.
