Heliocare Ultra Capsules are an enhanced oral photoprotection supplement, providing a higher-concentration formula of Fernblock® alongside Vitamins C and E for intensified systemic antioxidant defence. Developed for those with extended sun exposure, a history of sun damage, or those seeking maximum internal photoprotection alongside their topical SPF routine.

Key ingredients: Fernblock® (high-concentration Polypodium leucotomos extract) + Vitamin C + Vitamin E.
Take one capsule daily with water, preferably in the morning before sun exposure. During periods of intense or prolonged sun exposure, you may increase to two capsules per day. Use continuously throughout the period of exposure.
Polypodium Leucotomos Leaf Extract (Fernblock®) 480mg, Lutein 2mg, Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid) 20mg, Lycopene 1mg, Vitamin E (DL-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate) 3mg. Capsule shell: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Yellow Iron Oxide (E172), Black Iron Oxide (E172), Water.
