Heliocare Ultra-D Capsules combine the enhanced Fernblock® concentration of the Ultra range with Vitamin D3 supplementation, providing maximum internal photoprotection alongside support for Vitamin D levels. Ideal for those using very high SPF topical protection year-round, such as those treating melasma, actinic keratosis, or who are immunosuppressed, where strict sun avoidance may put Vitamin D status at risk.

Key ingredients: Fernblock® (high-concentration) + Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) + Vitamin C + Vitamin E.
Take one capsule daily with water, preferably in the morning before sun exposure. During periods of intense or prolonged sun exposure, you may increase to two capsules per day. Use continuously throughout the period of exposure.
